Membership Rules for our Families
Bell Family Company (Bell Family) has a unique position in the marketplace as the sole members-only referral network providing hand-selected, trust and safety verified Family Care Providers to families across the U.S.A. We have found the single most effective way to preserve the quality of our network is to rely on the good judgement of our current members. Therefore, all new families must apply with a referral from a current member Family, Family Care Provider or Partner.
A Member Family can invite new families by sending a referral code from their profile page. Once we receive a new family’s application, we will consider such factors as referral source, credit card checks, and the results of our proprietary phone assessments to accept or reject members. Once accepted, members are expected to enter and maintain their profile and payment methods, go through Bell Family regarding all Family Care Provider bookings and placements and conduct themselves within generally acceptable standards of good behavior with Bell Family employees, Family Care Providers, and other Bell Family Members. Failure to comply with these standards will generally result in one (1) warning before expulsion as a member. No membership fee reimbursements will be offered of any kind.
If however, such acts endangers the emotional wellbeing or physical safety of the Family Care Provider, immediate expulsion from membership may be considered. In each case, without exception, Bell Family shall have the sole and final judgement in the matter. Members in good standing shall enjoy the full benefits offered by Bell Family, including priority booking, preferential rates, and special consideration for all of service offerings.
