This Privacy Policy of American Bell Family Company, LLC (hereinafter “ABFC”), applies to all personal information collected by ABFC. This policy governs our collection, usage, and dissemination of your personal information by ABFC as well as the privacy standards of the Family Caregivers (hereafter, “Family Caregivers”) we recommend for placement. We reserve the right to update, change, or modify this policy.
We respect your privacy and work diligently to protect your privacy.
Collection
ABFC only collects the minimum amount of personal information needed to provide our services to each client. Information may include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and billing information.
ABFC may collect basic information such as your IP address, your ISP, your browser version, the site you last visited before our website, and related traffic information, which is stored separately from your personal information. This information is not matched with your personal information and is used only for site monitoring and development purposes.
Privacy for Visitors
This section applies to Personal Information that we collect and process through our Websites and in the usual course of our business, such as in connection with our recruitment, events, sales and marketing activities. In this section "you" and "your" refers to Visitors.

You may choose to provide additional information when you communicate with us or otherwise interact with us, and we will keep copies of any such communications for our records.

We always respect the privacy of our network participants and take care to protect it. Access to the platform is password protected, and participant profiles are only provided by consent when a job request is open or a job is in process. We analyze certain transaction data generated by the platform in house or in conjunction with our data partners to improve and monitor Trust, Safety and Quality. We take precautions to ensure that personally identifiable information is anonymized before any analysis takes place. Your consent to this policy is a condition precedent to use of our services.
Storage
All personal information is stored in a secure, encrypted database on this website. Only employees, consultants to ABFC, and you may access your personal information. Family Care Givers may only access the limited personal information provided by ABFC via the our website.
Usuage
Your personal information will not be shared or sold to any other organizations, companies, or individuals not affiliated with ABFC except as the law may require. ABFC will outsource one mailing per year to each member family. If the family chooses to opt out of the mailing, please notify ABFC in writing. Minimal information will be provided to each Family Care Giver to allow them to work for you. However, each Family Care Giver has signed a confidentiality agreement forbidding them to disclose this information to anyone except ABFC.
International Transfers
(i) We operate in the United States. Our servers and offices are located in the United States, so your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States.
California Policy
Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (a) a list of the categories of Personal Information, such as name, email, and mailing address, and the type of services provided to the customer that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third-parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties.
